  11. The newly declared version is initialised with the defaults for all
  12. symbol fonts and math alphabets
  13. declared so far (see the commands

  16. If used on an already existing version, an information message is
  17. written to the transcript file and all previous | | or
  18. | | declarations for this version are overwritten by
  19. the math alphabet and symbol font defaults, i.e.~one ends up with a
  20. virgin math version.
